Export all your data to a .pvault file.

What is backed up?

A backup includes everything: inventory, documents, checklists, contacts, waypoints, wallets, profile, and all associated files (photos, PDFs, etc.).

Creating a backup

Export your data to a .pvault file:

  1. 1Go to Menu → Settings → Backup & Restore
  2. 2Tap 'Create Backup'
  3. 3Optionally set a password to encrypt the backup (AES encryption)
  4. 4The backup file is created and saved locally
  5. 5Use the Share button to send it to cloud storage, email, or another device
Tip
  • Create regular backups and store them in multiple locations (cloud, USB, another device).
  • Use a password for backups containing sensitive documents.
